B.O.B. Week 2
This unit has been pretty good for me. Once I looked at the unit circle I remembered a lot of the things related to it from Algebra 2, such as sin, cos, and tan. The reciprocal functions were also pretty easy for me to understand, as I could quickly pick up how they related to sin, cos, and tan. Solving these also seems to be relatively easy to me. Now that we've gotten to arc length and sector area the basics are pretty easy for me, when all you have to do is use the formulas. However, the most recent homework we had that involved arc length and sector areas and distances, clocks, orbits, multiple circles, and the like, I'm struggling. My mind doesn't seem to enjoy figuring out how these new types of problems are related to our basic formulas and working through ways to do so. Or, more likely than it being my brain, it's simply that it requires me to think and do more work than previously and I'm too lazy to want to do so. Overall I'm finding that I'm pretty decent at this unit, although I hope to do much better on the test than I did on the quiz from before spring break.

I feel like I'm the opposite of you, which is weird because I normally agree with you. I found the reciprocal functions harder than the arc length and sector areas. I don't know why because I don't like using my brain either, but that's how I feel. Still I also feel fairly confident on this unit.
