If 300 mice where to escape from the cages in the pet shop I worked in I would: say " 
Well, that is a problem."  Then I would try to get some one else to get a broom and catch them all.  Then I would most likely lay down some d-CON and leave till the next day and I would quit right after I put down the d-CON.  That is what I would do.
