Given my love of the printed word, finding a single character I would love to meet was difficult. There are so many great characters from all around the world. I could meet a prince who will fight for his kingdom at any cost, but just as easily meet a young girl who is dying of cancer. That being said, the character that I would most enjoy meeting would be Gandalf the Grey of The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien. It would be a nice meeting, and it would be great to hear all the stories and wanderings that he would have to tell.
